Robotic CNC Beamline
OEC are committed to achieving the highest quality product in the most efficient manner. We believe that by embracing technology we can achieve a great quality product while increasing our output.
Our Robotic Plasma beamline boasts a 350A Hyperthem powerplant and uses the latest Tekla design software to Cut, drill and mark all Universal Beams, Parallel Flange Channel, Square Hollow Section and Angle Iron. It can process up to 1000UB and can be loaded with up to 10 beams to not only automate the cutting process but the loading process aswell. This allows us to guarantee our accuracy and dramatically improve our ability to turn jobs around quickly for our clients.
CNC Plate cutting
Our Hypertherm CNC Plasma table allows us to design, nest and cut multiple plates quickly and accurately. We extract detail directly from fabrication drawings and enter into our nesting software ensuring minimal material wastage.
Rigging & Site welding
Our site erection team have a wealth of experience in a wide range of projects. We constantly ensure our qualifications are up to date and upskill wherever possible. We have ticked welders within the teams to carry out potential variations quickly onsite, minimising delays.
Our teams are well kitted with the correct tools and safety equipment for the job.
